Not Cool! Waluigi Scams Thousands on Facebook Marketplace

Not cool! Waluigi has sold over seven thousand 2004 Honda CRV vehicles on Facebook Marketplace in the past three months to unsuspecting users on Facebook Marketplace. Why is this news? Because, while it can be cool to sell cars online, Waluigi has committed Fraudulent Misrepresentation by misleading buyers with wildly untrue statements.
On the long list of offenses, Waluigi has neglected to mention rusted frames, completely worn breaks and rotors, and bogus inspection stickers he received from Wario's mechanic shop. It's been reported that he even reset the engine codes to hide check engine lights on the vehicles so that they appeared in working condition. He also is accused of using fake Facebook accounts and blocking users shortly after the sale.
There's no explanation of how Waluigi acquired seven thousand 2004 Honda CRVs, or why all seven thousand CRVs are in such terrible condition. We simply know that Waluigi is a terrible person and I hate him for selling me- I mean those poor Facebook buyers a vehicle that is dangerous to drive while hiding a faulty inspection and thousands in damages. All for a few thousand dollars.
The sad truth is that purchasing a vehicle is usually considered "as is," and thus damages are not likely to be awarded to any offended parties.
